The Institute for Hospitality & Tourism Research & Education supports and promotes hospitality and tourism related research across all four areas of strategic emphasis of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, which includes Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Science, Data Science and Predictive Analytics, and Global Affairs.
